The new 2,000 sq. ft. addition and renovations to the existing 1,500 sq. ft. Bally Savings Bank building. The project includes a new bulletproof entry vestibule, lobby, teller line, offices, board room and new finishes throughout the interior and exterior. We did not want the addition to stand out as an afterthought, so the addition was designed to blend and appear as though it was always part of the building.

When Fleetwood Bank looked for existing bank building renovations at their Shoemakersville, PA location, they turned to Watkins Architect LTD for planning and design services. The project included a renovated teller line, new interior finishes highlighting the existing architecture, exterior facade upgrades, and a new bulletproof entry vestibule. Watkins Architect LTD provided interior renovation design in Berks County, PA for the 2,000 sq. ft. office fit-out for JB Long, Inc., a structural steel detailing company. The space occupies a suite on the second floor of the former Fleetwood school building. Spaces include reception, offices, conference room and a kitchenette. Special care was taken to highlight the features of the existing space including exposed brick, installing new structural steel joists, metal deck and other structural steel elements.
Design of new 13,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant commercial office building, including fit-out of the first tenant space for Yellow Book USA.
Design of renovations and a 3,290 sq. ft., two-story addition to the existing facility. Spaces include a waiting room, reception, file storage, offices, lunch room, kitchenette and conference room.

Design of interior and exterior renovations to the existing building. Jewelry store spaces include a large retail area featuring a stair to the mezzanine and display windows. Interior renovations include a boiler room and new stair to the existing apartment. The exterior features a new front facade and miscellaneous renovations.

Conversion of the existing 1,830 sq. ft. diner to include a cashier area, manager's office, travel office, waiting, vending and restrooms. The exterior appearance of the building was drastically altered by a new sloped roof and new stucco, siding, lighting and signage.
