Planning and design for a new 10,200 s.f. banquet facility. The building will seat 350 and is designed with moving walls to divide the banquet area into three smaller banquet rooms. Other spaces include two small meeting rooms, bar, kitchen, office and accessory spaces.
The plans included gutting and renovating the entire café and serving area creating branded stations, salad bar, Starbucks coffee, vending areas, café/lounge, and entry spaces including all new kitchen equipment and coolers.
New York style pizza has come to Schuylkill County! Architects from Watkins Architect planned and designed the new 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant and bar with an emphasis on coal fired hearthstone pizza ovens and the local coal mining process. The restaurant's coal fired hearthstone pizza ovens are the only ovens that can deliver a true New York style pizza. Another point of interest, anthracite coal burns cleaner than wood and is environmentally friendly.
Planning and design of a three-story addition to the existing popular smorgasbord in Lancaster County. The addition included a 25,000 sq. ft. banquet facility for 1000 people with operable partitions to divide the one large banquet space into five smaller rooms. The lower level of the addition includes a 25,000 sq. ft. gift shop expansion with a storage warehouse and dock area. The upper level was designed as a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
Design of renovations and a new 6,400 sq. ft. addition to the existing restaurant. Spaces include a two-story waiting room with a cathedral ceiling, game room, private dining rooms and an 800 sq. ft. patio.
