Site/Facility Evaluation
Site evaluation is performed at the beginning of a project. This process typically includes investigating the legal/zoning, physical, and environmental constraints of a property and or building (for example: setbacks, height limits, allowable building types, topography, sun path, views, etc.). This process involves compiling tax maps, zoning ordinances, site plans, locating utilities, site surveying, etc. This process helps determines the feasibility of a project and helps identify potential issues that may arise at later stages of the project.
