SITE/FACILITY PLANNING

Once the site data is gathered from the site evaluation process, that information will be used to start the site planning process. This phase of the design process uses the constraints identified on the site and uses that to inform building placement, orientation, and site circulation. The design of the project will continue to evolve over time as things get flushed out, the drawings will go from high level concepts, to then a preliminary set, and then finally a construction will be issued once everything’s been worked out.
